Worldwide shipping on orders over £100.

For orders within England, complimentary shipping is available
on purchases over £50.

Each order is carefully prepared and usually processed within 2–3 business days.

To help ensure smooth delivery, please enter your shipping name and address using English letters at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel along the way.

Please note that any customs duties or import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are delivered via Royal Mail, EVRI or InPost, depending on location and service availability.

For security reasons, selected high-value items may require a signature upon delivery.

If applicable, this will be arranged automatically at no extra cost.

You may request a return within
14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene and fairness reasons, earrings and sale items are not eligible for return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as RAYNE is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in respect of items that are faulty or not as described.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Please note that any complimentary items included with your order, such as gifts, packaging, or cards, are considered part of the original order and are subject to the same refund conditions.
