We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the order is unusual, not placed in good faith, or may involve fraud.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product images, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or production differences.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, or contact you with the correct price and offer you the option to proceed or cancel.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods shown on our website.

5. PLACING AN ORDER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
A binding purchase contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

6. PROCESSING TIMES

Each order is carefully prepared and usually processed within 2–3 business days.
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, or weather conditions.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Please note that personalised items, including LOVE TAG™, are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Where a return is approved, refunds will be processed accordingly after the returned item has been received and checked.

9. JEWELLERY CARE

Jewellery care guidance is provided for reference only.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or failure to follow care guidance are not considered faults.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGNS

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, photography, videos, original designs, illustrations, graphics, text, logos, packaging designs, and the LOVE TAG™ concept, are the intellectual property of RAYNE. Any disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales.
