You give us the mood — we create the design.

Leave your design brief at the "Design brief" Box with your preferred theme, colours, initials, style direction, or anything you would love us to include or avoid. You may also send up to 3 reference photos via Instagram DM or email after ordering.

How it works:

1. Leave your design brief at "Design brief" Box.

2. Place your order.

3. After checked out, please send at least 3 reference photos via Instagram DM or email (info@rayne.com.co) including your order number.

4. You receive a design preview.

5. One small revision rounds are included.

6. Final approval → your piece is hand-assembled and packed in your Rayne Pink Box.

Production time:

10 working days plus shipping time.

Custom order policy:

This is a made-to-order piece designed to your personal brief. Once the design process has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item arrives faulty or not as described.
